When purchasing a lift ticket online, you can go straight to the lift by activating the card in our readers. If you want to buy a keycard and lift ticket in Sollifjellet, this can be done online and then collected at the ticket office at Sollifjellet Alpine Center. A keycard card is mandatory. NB! The lift ticket must be activated in Sollifjellet.

STAY INFORMED
We ask that all guests follow the information that is updated on our websites, information boards and at each individual lift. All guests must familiarize themselves with which lifts and slopes are open in connection with the weather and conditions, before purchasing a lift ticket. No refunds will be given afterwards.

SEASON TICKET
The season ticket is personal and may not be transferred. Lost cards will not be replaced. No compensation is given in the event of unforeseen downtime, e.g. due to bad weather, power outages, machine failures, etc. All commercial activities in alpine centers and areas require written agreement from the lift system. In the event of misuse or violation of the above guidelines, or of the alpine trail rules, the lift pass may be revoked.

WEATHER AND ROAD CONDITIONS
We would like to inform our guests that weather and road conditions can be changeable in the mountains. The guest is responsible for assessing the weather and road conditions based on their skiing and snowboarding skills before purchasing a ski pass.

REFUNDATION
No refunds are given on lift passes in the event of bad weather, fog, snow, icing, technical failures or similar. The customer must assess the weather and road conditions based on their skiing and snowboarding skills. If you are unsure about the weather and road conditions, contact the ticket office before purchasing a lift pass. In the event of injury or illness, a refund will be given upon presentation of a medical certificate immediately after a doctor's visit. Refunds for illness or injury will only be given to the person who is ill or injured, and only for the days the lift pass has not been used. In the event of early departure due to unforeseen events, no refunds will be given on the lift pass.

MISCELLANEOUS DISCOUNTS
The customer is responsible for presenting the discount coupon/voucher/gift card before purchasing the lift pass. No refunds will be given afterwards.

KEYCARD
If you do not have a Keycard from Skidata, you must purchase this. The card costs NOK 75,- in addition to the lift pass price. If you have a Keycard from Skidata without technical problems, this can be recharged and used again. There is no deposit on the Keycard.

TRAINING AND COMPETITIONS
Parts of the competition trails may be reserved for competition and training. NOTE! When purchasing lift tickets online, the lift tickets must be activated at the facility where the purchase is registered.
